| Mike and Greg came out to the house yesterday and did a superior
job. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their
respect of the house and also how clean they were and lastly
how experienced they were in installing the audio system throughout
the lower level of the house. I just wanted to give you my positive
remarks about these guys, I would definitely use these guys
for more work at the house, certainly would give your guys a
strong recommendation and referral as relates to Universal Systems
and specifically to Mike and Greg. So if you would pass this
word along to Gary, let both Mike and Greg know that both my
wife and myself were very, very pleased with the implementation
with the system, and that it was a great experience. Thank you

| The service, equipment, professionalism, knowledge, products,
promptness, availability, eager to please and more, make your
company a pleasure to do business with. The hands on friendliness
of each of you were a joy each day
you guys where here.
We can't say enough nice things about Mike Arnold. To say
he became a part of the family while in our home is an understatement.
You would have thought we were the only customers you were
doing business with at that time. He
always had time to talk to me on the phone. His explanation
of how to work the equipment was in a language that I understood.
Whatever he was doing he stopped and had time for me. He made
sure we were happy with the results.
And Hank was just as helpful and knowledgeable. Both of these
guys are an asset to your company.
Not only do we love our new TV's we feel we have made new
friends. We would highly recommend you to our friends and
would be happy to be included in a referral list. Gary, you
will always have a customer loyalty if you continue to give
the kind of service you gave us. Service, service, service
that's what this business is all about and we got more than
we expected. |

to the problems of this difficult installation.
